Dear Kevin, I have encounter an issue with the parseAnnotations tool... I've found another comment regarding this issue, but I was not able to resolve it. Can you please help me with it? Thank you kindly, Alberto Bernacchi

I found out this issue may be due to an outdated or more recent version of "must". Currently trying to solve the issue but encountering new errors later on the pipeline. I'm skipping repeatmodeler and repeatmasker, are they necessary to the genome annotation process?

No, as you can see on our website, they are not necessary. You can just proceed. Did everything work?

Hi, I'm also stuck with parsing annotations because of mustv2 refineBoundary error, similar to this issue and issue #22. Has anyone figured this out?
