A set of bioconda packages for transposon annotations. During my masterthesis I downloaded lots of these tools and I want to make it easier for people to install and run these softwares.
I was installing transposon_annotation_tools and during installation of "conda install -y -c bioconda genometools-genometools" i am getting an error
UnsatisfiableError: The following specifications were found to be incompatible with each other: Output in format: Requested package -> Available versions
I am attaching a screenshot of the error kindly help me to solve the issue:
I also tried to install it with mamba , but still getting issues. kindly look into it.
