[Feature Request] gui Cheat menu #83

I searched if there is a way to use cheats with this emulator,but I don't know any gui way to do that.

"Tools / Cheat Finder" and "Tools / Cheat Editor"

If something is missing there please report to the bsnes project. I doubt I'd work on anything so unrelated to HD output. If bsnes-hd has issues bsnes does not, please let me know.
