Preparation for conda-forge build, which does not support dependencies as git submodules.
Removed the andres multicut and lifted multicut solver.
Moved header necessary for undirected_grid_graph to nifty/graph/detail/andres.
andres::graph comes with a permissive license, so as long as we keep the license in the header, this is fine.
@DerThorsten let me know if you want to have the andres headers somewhere else.
