Fix win build WIP #124

Trying to fix the windows build. Don't merge yet, I opened this PR to see what appveyor is doing.

Yay, the windows build is passing! Tests still fail, but I think this is because I use the wrong python here: https://github.com/constantinpape/nifty/blob/master/appveyor.yml#L41 I will try to figure out the horror of windows paths and fix this later...
