Optional boost filesystem #127

This makes boost filesystem optional if we have c++17 and uses std::filesystem instead. This should make the conda-forge build easier...

@DerThorsten still need to fix some minor stuff, will merge then and make a new release. Hope to get it on conda-forge finally then....
