PlayerAttack revamped PlayerHealth revamped HealthBar revamped RPC functions need fixing

This issue should be resolved as of https://github.com/hsravat-4590/copsandrobbers/commit/01f141cacf928d8d93f75ac7a4aa6236bee5012a

Not closing/merging until the multiplayer bug is fixed and this can be tested
