Once you make all those changes create a commit with the title / message containing "fixes" followed by "#21" (I can't put them together here). This will close that issue when your commits are added to the repo.
If you do this we can prevent having a ton of small pulls clogging up the repo. It's much better if we have a few rich pull requests. : )
