Add Suyu emulator (Yuzu fork)

@array-in-a-matrix Thanks for this. I will make the Yuzu adjustments myself today to better reflect Yuzus current status, I forgot to last night.

As for the Suyu emulator (and all Yuzu forks currently) I think I want to wait a while and see how things play out. There seems to be a lot of confusion about who is working on Suyu, what Suyu's goals are, and the direction of the project. I want to do more research and look into it more before I add links to emulators on my page.

The same goes for Citra forks as well, in addition.

My intentions is to provide a definitive list of emulators for everybody, but I don't want to immediately add something and have it be anything that isn't something a user would want on their device. I try to ensure that projects are free of malicious features, and that the forks are beneficial in some way.
