Update 3DS Emulators post Citra takedown #28

Noticed it never got updated, so there you go

@kleidis Thanks for the PR! 😄

I was going to add these as soon as I was finished with formatting and alphabetizing all the other sections, but I might as well add them now I suppose.

There were a lot of issues with your PR, such as formatting issues, opinionated notes, and not including an archived link to the Citra website, so I fixed all those and committed the changes myself.

Ah, legit, I forgot about the link and formatting issues, probably due to git

But for the opinionated stuff, don't think citra original should be recommended as the other 3 emulators are better in every way

I just pushed a change that puts it at "sort of" recommended. That was what I originally intended.

But yeah, thanks for the PR again! 😄
