Add Icons and Legend, plus a few minor tweaks #9

This should just add the Legend and add icons for better reading and eye candy.

I also added some missing info, mainly in PSPChip8 as it was missing most of its information as well as changing Hyper-V's information to technically not be "free" as you do need to technically pay for a Windows License to use it.
