PLD will not memorize/use 109 Quick Heal "Expiation" (duplicate name with level 81 PLD spell) #102

As title. note that current repo has a typo in it (lists the spell as "Exaltation" which is incorrect) but I have fixed it locally.

Expiation is unfortunately a level 81 paladin corruption cure and the level 109 self-heal.

Not sure what could be done about this really.

Wizard, 97 and 107, Cloudburst Thunderbolt the name of both spells. (Won't mem/see report the 107 as missing). WTF are these devs thinking?

PLD: Level 90 and Level 110 Protective Devotion (110 scribed, not used, not reported missing)
