Shm class config: Added AESlow count, AEMalo count, some checks on slow and malo casts, added that it will now use dicho and Canni AA(during combat) while in "heal" mode, added Epic use to a Healburn rotation and an option to turn on 3 DOTS use in Heal mode in HealDPS rotation added a check for Tala'tak to prevent loops of recasting while out of combat, added a mob% check for Turgurs to stop casting on mobs upon it dying. some other small shits i forget
