Support folders in outfile path #35

This PR should add support for output file paths including folders. To be clear, that worked fine before if the folders in that path already existed, but would produce an error if the folders on that path didn't exist.

Per the notice given in v.3.0.1, this feature will only be available as a release candidate once merged, until the release of F/S.

Finally got around to it — I hope this is a bit better?

Oh, and I know aborting the run in non-interactive mode if the output file already exists isn't ideal, but I figured that's probably straying too far for a PR titled "Support folders in outfile path" 😛.
