Edit: looking this over again, it seems the documentation is also inaccurate in stating that regions have to have a non-executive delegate and have no password to be colored red — the code highlights regions in red if they have a password, regardless of whether the delegate has executive authority.
The documentation states that columns A and B are highlighted red for regions with no password; in reality, however, the columns are highlighted red for regions that are not passwordless, i.e., regions that are passworded.
