Don't mention pollution in item tooltips #59

Delete the pollution information in items and modules so it doesn't appear in their tooltips as, with Pacifist enabled, pollution doesn't do anything. Pollution is still mentioned in two other places: it has a tab on the production statistics dialog and there's a button on the map screen to show it.

https://forums.factorio.com/viewtopic.php?f=58&t=103550 suggested Factorio do this itself when you disable pollution, but there Rseding91 said they don't intend to do so.

Also, on the Discord, exfret mentioned the https://lua-api.factorio.com/latest/prototypes/BurnerGeneratorPrototype.html#burner property, which I had missed when I made this, so I need to check if I need to modify that, too.
