1. Download VS8 compatible installable
2. Click install
3. Error is thrown

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Apparently 2356 may be related to file corruption; can you try re-downloading 
it?

If that doesn't work, please indicate what platform (OS version including x86 
vs x64) 
etc you are using, and I'll investigate.
