Deserialization of nexted generic properties fails

Given a class:
    [ProtoContract]
    class Test
    {
        [ProtoMember(1)]
        public Dictionary<float, List<int>> Lists { get; set; }
    }

Serialization goes ok, but deserialization fails with the following exception:
