Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention.
However, although not mentioned in our UG, our application was designed for use in Singaporean clinics, where the vast demographic of patients are Singaporeans or permanent residents. Additionally, we would like to emphasize that foreigners visiting Singapore on a tourist visa may only receive medical treatment at a limited number of hospitals authorized by the government. While we understand that this may not be ideal for users who require information for patients who have not lived in Singapore, we hope that our software remains useful for those who meet our intended user base.

Reason for disagreement: As far as I am concerned, the target audience is not as stated as in the UG.
When adding patient, the application significantly requires a valid NRIC number. So foreign visitor patients who don't have a NRIC number can't be added in. I tried to put in like Chinese passport number but the application specifies the format of the number that:
So I can't put my patient who comes from China to visit Singapore in. As a target audience of hospital and clinical administrative staff, I should expect foreign visitor patients coming and being managed. But I am not sure the severity of this issue so I put low as not to over-estimate the severity of this problem.
