Missing database.kdb file #432

Hi,

I have tried to download the kraken database using the command kraken-build --standard --db $DBNAME and via https://benlangmead.github.io/aws-indexes/k2 but in both I am missing the database.kdb file, therefore I cannot run the program. What am I doing wrong?

hi, I have the same problem. Were you able to get the .kdb file later? If yes, can you please say how?
