Report till Genus-Level #546

Hey,

is it possible to run the classification only until the Genuslevel in order to receive a report-file that shows all found genuses. That would be immensely helpful, cause the further classification of species and strains makes it more difficult comparing different runs.

Hi Thomas,

You can use kraken-biom to summarize your kraken report files and their counts at the Genus level into a BIOM table.
