Not able to build custom databse using --build switch #677

Hi @DerrickWood @jenniferlu717 !! I had downloaded the genomic library and now trying to build the database, using the --build switch: kraken2-build --build --db db_fungi ERROR- Can't find taxonomy/ subdirectory in database directory, exiting.

Please help me to figure out this error.

Hey, not from the Kraken team but I might be able to help :D Prior to the genomic library, do you have downloaded the NCBI taxonomy using : kraken2-build --download-taxonomy --db db_fungi ?
