When I was trying to execute the custom build for taxonomy download using below command. I was encountered with below error.
./kraken2-build --download-taxonomy --db databasekraken
Downloading nucleotide gb accession to taxon map...rsync: failed to connect to ftp.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov (50.7.85.218): Connection refused (111)
rsync error: error in socket IO (code 10) at clientserver.c(127) [Receiver=3.1.3]
and when I use --use-ftp with that command nothing happen in my server.
