error downlading bacteria library #810

The first one looks like a firewall/connectivity issue to the NCBI website, so you may need to use ftp for downloading files.

For the 2nd image, i dont think you need threads for downloading the file. Also, are you using the most recent code?

Thank you very much for your reply. I will suggest our HPC admin to try with use-ftp.

Using threads for downloading the file is to try to fast the downloading process. So, I set "--threads 40".

We're using the code of July 2023. I will suggest our admin to use the code updated four months before.
