Hey kraken users,

I am planning to generate a kraken2 bracken2 database using eHOMD (human oral microbiome databse) genomes collection and I am wondering if anyone knows this databse has been created already.

Hi Flo,

I haven't updated to the latest (10.1) version (should start working on that), but I have a Kraken2+bracken build for v9.15 of eHOMD.
