Is there a matched names.dmp and nodes.dmp file for the pre-built Kraken2 database #848

Hi all,

Thanks so much for your wonderful works.

I have download s pre-built kraken2 database (PlusPFP) from https://benlangmead.github.io/aws-indexes/k2. However, some taxids in this database do not match the taxids in the latest NCBI names.dmp and nodes.dmp files.

Is it possible to provide these two files along with the pre-build kraken2 databases?
