Hello,

I am in a project of detection of modified bases in RNA and I am interested in using your software. In my case, the sequences have been performed with the latest version of nanopore, with the RNA004 pores. Would the pre-trained models that you have be compatible with this new version?

Hi @MarioRinBarr ,

Thank you very much for your interest of our tool. Unfortunately the pre-trained model of RedNano is not compatible with RNA004. We are now working on RNA004, however, we haven't generated enough RNA004 data for training. We hope we can release an RNA004 model soon.
