stuck at logging in screen message

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.choose location united kingdom
2.choose universe jupiter
3.enter login details and click log in

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
game wont load, just constantly says "logging in" with the loader going around 
and round
(tried versions 0.6.5 and 0.6.4 and making a new ogame account, same issue on 
all tries, also tried switching ip check off in ogame settings)

What version of the product are you using?
0.6.5

What server and universe do you play on?
united kingdom - jupiter

Do you have any premium features enabled?
no

Please provide any additional information below.
(phone model, android version, error is only on WiFi and or mobile
connection)
HTC Wildfire S android 2.3.3 on wifi
