Unable to cancel building/research #123

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Start research/building.
2. Cancel it.
3. Fail.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

A message requesting to cancel (it pops up) and then the building/research 
should cancel but it does not.

What version of the product are you using? 0.7.1

What server and universe do you play on? PL and uni 69

Do you have any premium features enabled? no

Please provide any additional information below.
Galaxy S2 ICS 4.0.3 Issue appears both on WiFi and 3G.
