Fleet Attacking! #70

I think one major thing that is missing is some kind of notification that shows 
when a fleet is inbound towards one of your planets.  On the main screen you 
will have a flashing "!" which would be really nice to see on the App so we can 
fleet-save suddenly if needed.

when you go to menu > settings (on the login screen) you can enable such a 
alarm.
