Description

Prevents the Windows debug build window mode from minimizing the window if the application looses focus and restricts the mouse courser from leaving the window area when the application is active, to prevent accidental loss of focus by clicking out side the window.

Works as intended, but I only have one monitor. @InsanityBringer do you have any issues with this on your multiple?
