Description

Modernize struct/enum/unions type declarations. This is part of the effort to modernize the codebase.

Note: a few (not many) LPCAPSLOCKSTUCK types have been replaced with CAPSLOCKSTUCK* progenitors.

Oh well my Windows D3 install seems to be broken again... I should have time to fix it this week-end... but this PR should not cause trouble

x86 windows artifact boots and plays fine.
