Description

0ba3828a13e9bd872f613491dce52b4db0afff9e introduced a bug, where when a keyboard action has a 2nd key binding, both keys need to be hit to trigger the action. e.g. the default Primary Weapon Fire has Left Ctrl and Right Ctrl assigned, you need to hit both Ctrl keys to fire the weapon.
