Unable to sync with android 3.0 devices. #1

Unable to configure to sync with an android 3.0 device because the plugin
expects a path with drive letter. Android 3 devices no longer use mass
storage, they use MTP so they are no longer assigned "proper" paths.

That's beyond insane; it would break every application that transfers files to
and from devices--from ebooks to logs and everything between. If Google really
screwed this up, they've made it clear that they're not interested in a
dependable, usable platform.

It's certainly nothing I seem to be able to solve by just dropping in
replacement code for the Windows file transfer APIs I'm using now. It'll have
to wait until I get a 3.0 tablet or someone submits a patch or I get the free
time to try setting up an emulator or something to test.
