Nick colours #2

Colouring people's nicks would be good, especially for the dark theme.

Either using some kind of hash of the nick like many IRC clients do, or assigning them one by one as new nicks are encountered.

They should be coloured via css classes so they can be different in the light/dark themes, and it would be nice to have a toggle link to turn it off and on (default on).

Done in a90114dd1518dd688f78f1bbd4483198f5a2f3b9

I used the exact same hashing algorithm that weechat uses, a variant of djb2.

Next it would be good to colour ACTION messages with their nick's colour, I'll make another issue for that.
