Style Tile

Let's make a style tile for this stuff.

Here's a start:

Taking things a little further. I think it could be cool if we add support for a custom color - it's a cheap way to get custom branding on the post without the expense of uploading images.

Still a work in progress. It needs the github login button, some nav, and sub pages.

@una any thoughts about hierarchy? is the type of work being requested more important? Or is the projects/org requesting help more important?

I was thinking the squares could be icons for the different type of design work being requested.
