Either budget hours or the ability to have 'scheduled hours' so that all our coordinators need to do is drag the ticket to the dispatch portal in connectwise so that they don't need to assume how long things will take.
Before we decide whether we are going to add this natively, I would like to point out, current system can achieve that with webhook through zapier or azure connector.
I would LOVE to know how we would implement something like this, or Due Date via Zapier etc. I've asked for examples in the KB for how we could do this, so we can springboard off that to create other automations but haven't seen anything on it. I've spent a bunch of time with Zapier but see only very limited options like update a contact or create a general ticket.
Enabling the ability to have preset Budget Hours against request types. An example would be a "New User Setup" form - That by default would have 2 hours budgeted every time the ticket is logged.
