We could use this feature too. I was imagining we could turn this on or off for users/companies via a Portal Feature checkbox. Either way, it would be nice to be able to work off of SLA in the Tech Portal. Thanks!
As per example from ConnectWise:
MSPs often use this to dictate which tickets are worked on next. Request is to have this information available to filter/sort by in DD Tech.
