[11684] Auto Assign Tech as resource on ticket when accepting chat. #147

When a tech accepts a chat, it auto-assigns the tech who accepted the chat request. I would see this applying to tickets that don't currently have any resources assigned.

+1 to this! As the responder to the chat is taking initial ownership, it should be a standard!
