Ability for Tech to complete a form on a ticket on behalf of the customer.

Yes, having put the time and effort into building the Service Catalogue for the Client Portal, it does seem a shame not to be able to easily leverage it for the Tech team also.
When technician using TECH to create ticket for customer, they could also use request type and forms which mean for end user.
