@Nickbursey this could work well for the default form which is shown if you have no request types or when you use the Something Else option.
I think we could do something like allow content to be associated with request types so that the user can read specific articles relating to the request type. This is already possible in a way with our forms. Form statement fields support rendering markdown, so you can show videos/links inline based on what the user has filled out etc.

Yes the 'Somethung Else' option was what i was refering to.
Good point on the forms option too I will use that!

This is an entry level feature for most ticket portals so would be great if you guys could add it to DD. I've seen huge improvements since using DD two years ago though so for me this is one of two final bits to acheive excellence :D
