I thought I put in a request for this already, but are you asking something different? I want the ability to just send a note as a Discussion to a customer on a ticket, or a quick reply to their question. Most of my ticket touch points (as sales person, dealing with initial issues for new customers, or for tickets on my sales board that have no time records needed, etc.) are just an email in the ticket. No time attached.
So I have to copy the ticket number from DD Tech and switch to CWM client and enter my note/question/answer to the customer there.
Currently, the Send To: Contact/Resources/Ccs option is only available for a time entry:
