Scenario: Customer has 2 contacts on ConnectWise, aaronc@company.co.nz and aaron.corney@company.co.nz
If the ticket is under aaronc, and the contact logs in as aaron.corney, the ticket cannot be viewed.
Passing through the user's email address as [contactemail] from connectwise would ensure correct contact is logged in every time.
