Split this out into a separate Feature Request as required. If we're looking into supporting custom fields, might be good to consider granular TECH fields from the pre-existing fields within CW and AT.
As an example, from the Admin Console you could enable Due Date as a field within your DD Tech.
This would resolve any future requirements for supported fields.
Custom fields from ConnectWise and Autotask. Some of customers use for workflow.
