Viewing signal, in case techs are looking at the same ticket. Some type of notification within the ticket details or in the ticket list to reflect that the ticket is currently being viewed by someone, be that an admin, customer, or technician. I’ve attached a sample of the idea below. The reason for this, is just so techs aren’t working on the same ticket mistakenly or even from a management perspective, seeing that the ticket is being observed.
