Allow bookmark commonly used TECH portal filter.

Could this also be bundled with GIT #527 to allow more filters to be added? This is one feature request we've been keen on seeing developed since onboarding with DD. Essentially if we can setup filters with more criteria and save them would be a huge help, especially for larger clients + dedicated MSP teams.

We do have few more filter coming. No estimate yet.
