Similar to the icons available for "Chat Now" within a ticket, feature request to have custom icons/links configurable within the DD Admin Console. As an example, this could be used for scheduling where the icon would send the user to a scheduling system like Acuity with the Name, Phone Number and Ticket number pre-filled based on dynamic URL content.
The configuration of these links would be similar, if not identical, to the current Menu Item system:
