[24017] Ability to merge tickets - Autotask #504

The customer is asking if we can add the ability to merge one ticket into another (just like how it is possible in Autotask). This is very helpful when a user replies multiple times to an email and creates multiple tickets. It copies the contents of one ticket to another and closes it.
