Ability to Maximize Chat Window
Customize Waiting Message for Chat
Ability to add standard notes/communication templates to chat messages
Customize the time it takes for the notification window to disappear after someone accepts an initial chat message

We don't accept combined request. Also it's best to go through our support for feature request. So we can perform case study on the reason of such request.
