@DavidM-03 need more detail. Such as scenario, why, context.

Why does this need more detail? Every chat platform available offers the ability to send predefined or canned messages. As a company that aims to make processes automated and more efficient, I really don't understand the naiveness on this topic.

As for scenario, why and context. our dev team need to know what kind of problem customer is facing. If it is just wording incorrect then we can fix it. Not everything need customize. Less setting is better.

Feature request with single line will gets to no where. Other product did their research, they believe it is their core value. But what apply to them may not apply to us.

Chat's overall experience need to be restructure. The more detail we gets from the user voice, then we can justify what need to be changed, what need to allow customize.

We will come back to chat at some stage, same as form, which we recently picked it up again to improve it further.

It is best for customer to provide more detail. Such as video to record start chat experience. Which part is not optimal. What kind of problem they are facing.
